Our Statement of Faith

• We believe the Bible is the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.

• There is only one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

• Concerning the Lord Jesus Christ: He is God; He was born of a virgin; He lived a sinless life; He died a vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood on the cross; He ascended to the right hand of the Father; He will return in power and glory.

• For men and women to be saved from eternal hell, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential and that salvation is received through faith and not as a result of good works.

• The Holy Spirit indwells those who have put their faith and trust in the atoning work of Christ and is the enabler for living a godly life and performing good works.

• Both the saved and the lost will be resurrected from the dead, the saved to life, the lost to an eternity in hell.

• There is a spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

• The Bible instructs us concerning sexual relations, including the model of marriage presented in Genesis: one man and one woman united for the purpose of becoming a new family, and sexual abstinence outside the bond of marriage.

• All life is sacred, that babies, even before birth, women, men, and the elderly, are created in the image of God and should lovingly be protected.
